10 Tankyardigans avoided the snooze button and came out to enjoy the cool Gower weather this morning at The Tank Yard.
Warm-Up:

“A little something before we get started…”:
10 rounds of 10 Burpees. Each round lasted one minute. We usually had about fifteen seconds of recovery in between each round. Somewhere around round six the #mumblechatter started about my “little something” comment. Sorry for the misrepresentation boys…I didn’t think this fell under the Warm-Up or Thang categories. It was simply a little something to get us going. Either way, you all knocked out 100 Burpees in less than 10 minutes!

While P1 does the exercise, P2 sprinted up the exit ramp, backwards jogged down the street to the entrance ramp, backwards bear crawled down the entrance ramp and “just” jogged back. I got a little #mumblechatter out of the crew for the “just jog back” comment too.

Prayers for Squeal’s friend, Nathan Sexton. He’s a 28 year old marathon runner who was suffering from seizures, had a brain tumor removed and just got news that it’s stage 4 brain cancer.
Prayers for Billy Hoyle’s brother entering rehab.
