WARM UP

Smurf jacks x 25 IC

5 burpees OYO

Hillbillies x 20 IC

5 burpees OYO

Thru the tunnel x 15 IC

5 burpees OYO

Monkey humpers x 15 IC

THANG

Mosey to Speedway – lunge walk 10 steps and stop for a set of 10 exercises, repeato to the stop sign.  (Merkins, wide merkins, diamond merkins, plank-jacks, mountain climbers, all the way to the stop sign, which does not exist)

Run to first culdesac on the right in SF

Start with 10 burpees a minute for 5 minutes.  Mumble chatter perks up, then ceases

Next,  split into 2 groups.  One group does exercise, other group mosey’s to stop sign and back for timer.  Something like this:

Plank / Back pedal / sprint

Flutter kicks / Karaoke

Hold 6″ / jog

Mosey back to PF basketball court

Wall sits with toe taps and leg kicks.  Repeato 2x

Take it to the flag
