9 Pax hit the Dog Pound on a humid Fri morning to finish the work week off right.
Warm Up: 25 SSH, 15 IW’s
Mosey to Sunrift for some tricep dips, hit the corner of Main for some more dips. Jog to The Main Thang.
We stole a variation of Criss Cross from Bartman at The Burbs on Monday. Partner up to run in opposite directions around the block. At the starting point do 25 Squats, start the run, at you and your partner’s meeting point 20 Merkins, run to next meeting point, 15 LBC’s, then 10 Lunges, then 5 Burpees. 10 Count rest, then start back up the ladder and run the opposite direction you did the first round. 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 LBC’s, 20 Merkins, 25 Squats at each of the meeting points.
A little time left so we did one more round starting with 25 Merkins and finished with 25 Merkins at the meeting point. Back to the corner of Main for some more tricep dips, Indian run back to the Circle.
Finished with some circle Ab work rotating stations.
