8 PAX including 1 FNG came out on the best morning of the summer to Eye of the Tyger. YHC took the Q and put into play a disc-less round of disc golf…confused? Don’t be- explanation below.

The Main Thang:
Indian Run around Tyger River Park to opposite side- stop at Disc Golf Course. Here’s the game- we start on Hole 1, and we multiply 10 by the number of hole that it is. We perform 10 of each exercise at the tee box, sprint and repeat same count at the Frisbee goal. Run to next tee box…for Hole 2, 20 at tee box and 20 at goal, and so on… Here are the exercises:
