17 PAX joined me for my birthday Q today, 4 went for a Monday Mosey and the rest of us proceeded with the boot camp.

Warmup:

Imperial Walker X25

Partner up & mosey to the block pile and then the Church Parking Lot.  One partner does exercises, the other runs a lap around the church office.

Round 1:  2x

Block Swings x15

Rows – Right side x15, Left side x15

American Hammers x15

Goblet squats x15

Bicep Curls x15

Tricep extensions x15

Overhead Press with Block x15
