4 Corners of Death

Warm Up:
SSH X 20 IC
IW x 20 IC
Morocan Night Clubs x 10 IC

Everybody grab a rock and head to football field. Upon arrival, YHC had already set up 4 cones in middle of field about 10 yards apart. Each cone represented a corner of the field. Each corner had a set of exercises to complete. Run to the corner, do the exercise, run back and now bear crawl to next cone before running to next corner. Continue doing sets until I call recover.

Exercises: 10 Burpees, 20 Merkins, 30 Goblet Squats with Rock, 40 LBC’s. I stopped us at 6:09am.
