NASCAR – Liberty Bridge Edition

  • Split into 4 teams
  • Each team has a “car” who calls an exercise for the team to AMRAP while he runs across the bridge and back.
  • When the “car” gets back he planks while the rest of the “crew” do 20 Merkins for a “pit stop”
  • Each pax on the team takes a turn as the “car”
