The boys near Woodmont have been working out unofficially for a while. This would be their 2nd? official workout. Quickie was on duty and asked YHC to Q. No problem! Always a pleasure to share F3 with new PAX at a new AO. They are still learning the lingo and exercises so I give the disclaimer (for legal purposes… lol).

Warm Up

SSH X 25, MC x 25, ‘Mericans X 10, IW X 25

Mosey to the track. First set of bleachers do 20 Dips IC. Next set 15 Irkins(incline pushups) and 40 SC step ups. Next set of bleachers do 20 more Dips.

Bent Jacob’s Ladder on the small hill. 1 ‘Merican at the bottom, 1 Burpee at the top up to 7:7. Flutters X 20.

Run around track to the ticket booth for People’s Chair. 3 rounds with arm exercises to mask the pain. On the final round, a wall of Fire with each man doing 20 LBCs.

Captain Thor. 1:4 ratio. 1 big boy Captain America sit up: 4 Thor American Hammers. Up to 7:28.

Dan Taylor. “Magic legs”. 1 squat: 4 SC lunges. Up to 7:28.

These guys only do 45 minutes on Saturday so it’s time for Mary:

Pretzel crunch L and R 15 each side. Reverse LBC X 15. 6 inches to Dollies X 15. Protractor 30°, 45°, 90° to Rosalita X 15. Slow down to 6 inches and hold. I call a People’s choice and immediately regret it. Transporter calls pushups. You call it, you count it. X 15 IC.

The Mont guys will converge with Legacy on Saturday. An invitation was given to the Thanksgiving Convergence at PowderKeg Thursday at 7:00.


Prayers for the deer who slammed into the fence during our COT. Transporter struggling with a decision to move and switch the kids schools. Ghost Rider meeting with a family this afternoon.

A nice AO with lots of options. Should be close to guys in Southern Greenville, Williamston, Piedmont, and the 80.
