Without a published Q for the a.m. 2 brave men showed up for a workout.  Clapper had the last, last minute Q so Rusty jumped to the lead.  Fortunately, Rusty’s phone is always ready for action.  Thus the 2:1 for 2.

2 minutes of running – 1 minute of continuous exercise.

6 rounds total that included Merkins, Big Boys, Lunges, Merkins, Big Boys and Finally Squats.

12 minutes of running that completed 2.5 laps around Gower.

5 Pull-ups, 10 Squats, 5 Pullups, 10 Lunges

Rinse and Repeat.

Each player gets 5 shots – Opponent exercises based on Make vs. Miss

Round 1 Merkins: 1 for a miss and 2 for a Make

Round 2: Big Boys: 2 for a miss and 4 for a make

Round 3: Burpees: 1 for a miss and 2 for a make

Round 4: 2 for a miss and 4 for a make

A variety of explanations were offered for shooting .200 on average.  It was indeed a bouncy rim, ball  a bit firm.  There may have been a stiff breeze.

Clapper still came away with the win in the final round.  Rusty’s still too Rusty.
