YHC rolled up to the #gloom on a sweet 65 degree morning to see an empty AO. There were a few cars around, but only 2 men emerged for their #downpainment. The other cars must have belonged to the power walkers. We waited for a few minutes for the devoted to show but alas, they did not.

Food Stamps and YHC introduce ourselves and we learned a couple of things right off.

1.) Food Stamps is recovering from collar bone surgery so he’s one-arming it.
2.) YHC has a jacked up leg (again) from marathon training, and is one-legging it.

This should be interesting.

Mosey on over to the playground while YHC tries to figure out how to not kill my leg & Food Stamps’ arm.

30 Step Ups on the benches in the shelter
10 Burpees on the Playground. Food Stamps cranked out one-arm burpees #beast

Mosey down to the parking lot at Cannon Centre.

1 min wall sit with little baby arm circles IC. Mosey over to the parking lines for Russian Roulette.

Russian Roulette
10 DC Russian twists at the starting line, hop up and run to the first parking line, then run back.
Rinse and repeat until you hit every parking line.

Mosey over to the stairs so YHC could share some Swamp Rabbit Q ideas for Food Stamps to take to Bluffton. YHC demonstrated Joe Hendrix. Food Stamps explained that will be difficult in Bluffton since they have no stairs. #ItsAllFlat

Mosey up to the amphitheater. Time for a bent Jacob’s ladder.

1 squat at the bottom, run up the amphitheater stairs, 1 burpee at the top
2 squats at the bottom, run up to the top, 2 burpees at the top
Continue until we hit 7 squats and 7 burpees

Mosey to the park entrance for some fun. YHC doesn’t remember exactly what happened here, but it involved several rounds of dips and core exercises.

Mosey to the large field for a 4-corner escalator.

Corner 1: 10 Merkins
Corner 2: 10 Merkins, 20 Squats
Corner 3: 10 Merkins, 20 Squats, 30 LBCs
Corner 4: 10 Merkins, 20 Squats, 30 LBCs, 40 DC Flutter kicks

Mosey back to the playground for Mary. We arrive just in time for a pain train (10 burpees).

– What happened to everyone? Would have been nice to give Food Stamps a little more of a Swamp Rabbit experience, but we had some good 2nd F mixed in with our first F.
– YHC would have probably rolled back to the house had he not showed up. This is what accountability is folks.

– Pray for fun and safety for Food Stamps as he visits the SC mountains and then heads home Sunday.
– Pray for Alfred’s friend from Church battling cancer.
