Mozey to playground at back of school
Workout part 1- 4 corners workout – 1st station dips, 2nd donkey kicks, 3rd station pull ups, 4th station burpees. Rinse and repeat x 2. Third time was a #crowdpleaser
Mozey back to parking lot
Workout part 2- Suicides, 13 parking spaces. Run to the cones and do 12 jump squats. Then run back and do 1 4C Mountain Climbers. Run down again and do 11 Squat jumps, Then back for 2 4CMC, Etc. Like Elevens, but to 13! This was an absolute SmokeFest!!!
6 Minutes of Mary, 13 LBC’s, 13 Plank Hip Twists, 13 Windshield Wipers, 13 seconds of Russian Twists. Longest 13 seconds I have ever experienced.

- Great Job by Nemo. Although Dad (Jenner) was guiding him along the way, the kid smoked everyone. Started a little slow but gained serious Mo!
