1000 ways to die!

11 men resisted the fartsack and circled up behind Gideon’s House at 0515 to see what YHC had in store.  Well…actually, only 10 pax were there at 0515.  Our war baby @Hooch is #twitterless and showed up for a 0530 workout.  He joined in the middle like a champ and finished well.  Get on the tweeter bro!  Anywho…here is what we did.

Quick disclaimer and @AffordableCareAct recited the mission of F3 for us.

Warm up – Hillbillies x 20 IC, Smurf jacks x 20 IC, dancing bears x 20 IC

Mosey to the hill behind the Employment Office for a Dora 1,2,3,4 (1000 total reps).  Pax 1 starts on exercises – 100 hand release merkins, 200 LBCs, 300 squats, and 400 hops over a parking spot line.  After watching @THEHardHat, I should rename these to Weird Slalom Jumps.  That dude is weird enough to fit in at #pitchfork any day!  While pax 1 is working, pax 2 crab walks down the hill and…(wait for it)…(wait for it)…Joe Hendrix up the hill.  This was an immediate #crowdpleaser.  The #mumblechatter during the workout was quiet.  YHC was a little frightened for his life at a few points from the glares in the gloom…but we all remained friends…right?!  (crickets)

After the Dora, let’s line up for an old fashioned relay race.  YHC loves adding a little competition into workouts to bring out the best in the pax.  They did not disappoint.  Losing team knocked out 20 burpees and winning team did 10.  Slowsey back to GH for 6MOM.

6MOM – Rosalita x 30 IC, Plankorama, 4-count American Hammers x 15 IC, maybe something else…it was dark and I was SMOKED.
