It was looking awfully lonely as YHC was the only one at the Tower at 5:30, but No Show appeared at 5:31 and the workout was on! Assumption was everyone else was so busy checking their calendars that they forgot to come. We skipped the ‘90’s alternative soundtrack and ended up having a great discussion on true community amongst men and the great benefits that come from it (seriously). The Q adjusted the plan (no need to subject just two of us to the deck of death) and recreated the plan on the fly.

Conditions: Balmy 52 degrees with a little left-over dampness from the previous days of rain
Mission: The mission of F3 is to plant, grow, and serve men’s small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.

Warm-up:
First, we discussed that we were the definition of a “small” workout group, then we did stuff.

UPs (aka Through the Tunnel) x 15 IC
The Thang:
Mosey down and around SUMC and back to the blocks.
Took the blocks across Hedge St. to the Kaffeine parking lot for a “group” workout.
Paired workout:
25 shoulder press
25 curls
25 squats
Run a lap (lap being out to Main St., right at Curtis, back down to Hedge St., then in the construction entrance back to the parking lot)
Repeat 4 total times
Return the blocks and mosey back to the flags
