13 PAX endured the warmer weather for an “intellectually challenging” (Per Holla) beatdown. During the workout much #mumblehatter about Spongebob and his vehicle problems. It has gone into “limp” mode. You can see where this went

The Thang

Warmup:
SSH x 21 IC
Hillbillies x 15 IC (new crowd favorite)
More SSH since Ice was doing them in between to keep warm
IW x 10

Mosey down Rocky Slope to get heart rate up and warm up. Stop for more SSH and diamond merkins.

Head back to park and down to the “hill” for 11s. Merkins at bottom, bear crawl up and lunges at top.

Right on time… 3 exercises every minute on the minute “EMOM”
Minute 1 10 burpees (12 last round and starting adding double merkin burpee for last rep.)
Minute 2 20 squats (40 last round and had a mix of sumo, regular and prisoner squats)
Minute 3 30 LBCs (60 last round)

Repeat for 30 minutes – 102 burpees, 220 squats, 330 LBCs
