0.0 is the hardest to Q

YHC has never Q’d a 0.0 workout and wanted to get a taste of it.  The trash-talking on twitter must have scared off some and motivated the 4 other brave souls who came out to make sure they didn’t have to run, but still get their heart going.

IT should be noted that 0.0 is turning into a family affair.  C Zuck and Red Headed Step Child are Bro-los who also happened to convince their other bro-lo to attend this morning.  They all carpooled, Houdini ran in, and I drove.
Also, before I forget, Red Headed Step Child was named Cousin Eddie last week, but we had to rename him because we already have a Cousin Eddie.  Viper got a BA name because he’s a BA.

– It is tough to Q 0.0.  All the time that you’re able to mask with running between locations is gone.  Plus, you stay in the same place so now I know to ALWAYS have music.
– Great having Houdini show up to 0.0 on his day off.  He doesn’t quite know what to do when there’s no running involved
– CZuck, RHSC, and Viper are great additions to the AO.  Fresh meat to enjoy and get to know
