YHC got a message from NSA wanting to know if I have stepped up to Q The Station.  I quickly replied with a “negative”. Needless to so the conversation ended with “your on the calendar for the 24th”. How do you say thank you on your first VQ? By showing them a few of the favorite things you learned at F3 camp.

Partner A 10 walking lunges, and then runs to tag partner B who is running backwards
Go until each person has done 50 lunges
Mosey to gazebo
50 pull ups
100 push-ups
200 jump squats
Mosey to Jason St. and Canon St.
Hub and spoke
Hub – 5 burpees
20 LBC
30 Russian twist
40 Freddie Mercury: Aka the bicycle sit-up
50 Flutter kicks
Mosey to Greer park entrance
20 dips at the entrance – run to fountain
20 plank jacks – run back to Greer park entrance
20 derkens run back to fountain
