Had an FNG (Welcome Deep Dish!) so we stated the core principles, disclaimer, and mission.

Warm-up:
SSH x 25 IC
Merkins x 20 IC
Imperial Walkers x 25 IC

Mosey down to football field and, inspired by Double Windsor’s backblast from Thursday, planned to do a Cora Dora. But first, we did a Hillway to 7 since the stairs at the football field are dangerously dark.

Squat x 1 & Merkin x 1 at the bottom of the hill.
Run to the top.
Burpee x 1 at the top.
Run back down.
Rinse and repeat 6 times until performing 7 of each exercise.

Fabreeze decided to grab his 20 lb vest for an extra hard workout. Time for a double Dora. Partner Up and grab a rock then meet on football field. P1 runs to opposite end of field while P2 does exercise.
Switch Arm Merkins on a rock. One hand on rock and the other on ground. Switch on every merkin X 200

Came in a little groggy from jet lag. Been in Hawaii for last week. Nobody had the Q so I grabbed it quickly. Fabreez had mentioned wanting coupons, so I helped him out.

Thang:
Grab a rock and get friendly. Lets mosey. We jogged down the road towards gas station.
1. Lunge walk to steps. Now that we made it.
2. Lunge walk to next steps with rock over head. Mosey to gas station.
3. Curls x 20 IC. Mosey up side street.
4. Overhead press x 20 IC. Mosey to main street
5. Tricep extensions x 20 IC. Mosey to parking lot
6. Place rock on stomach for flutters x 20 IC
7. Hold rock extended behind head and hold six inches on my count x 3. Mosey back towards AO.
8. Squats x 20 IC. Mosey back towards AO
9. Lunge walk entire length of parking lot and put rock away.

There is still time for a DORA: Partner 1 exercises while partner 2 runs to end of parking lot and back.

Time for the baddest movie actor: The Charles Bronson: Do said exercise, sprint to first cone, then army crawl to next cone. Mosey back for next exercise.

Lock arms, do one squat together and walk backwards up hill for 2 squats. Did this till 7 squats were complete.

Welcome Boons Farm. Had a different nickname, but after I said he did great keeping up for first workout and not splash merloting, he said he hadn’t puked in years and wasn’t about to start now. Then he spewed all over parking lot. It was a perfect ending to the workout.

Thang:
Mosey to our normal wall for dips x 25 IC

Head to parking lot. Bear crawl half way, do 25 merkins, bear crawl to end and do 25 squats. Hold Al Gore while waiting on Pax. Now to get back, lunge walk half way, do 25 merkins. Lunge walk rest of way and do 25 squats to finish and hold Al Gore while waiting.

Now for SANTA to Show up: Partner Up.
1. Squerkins. 25 merkins/25 squats each partner. Partner 1 does merkins while partner 2 holds his legs. Then partner 2 does squats while partner 1 still in plank position. Flapjack and repeat.
2. American Hammers. 200 total between partners
3. Nolan Ryans. 50 each arm for each partner. While holding a side plank, extend opposite arm into air and prevent punch below plank arm. Flip and repeat.
4. Thigh Masters. 50 each leg. While in forward lunge position, knees slightly bent, count one each time your knee touches ground and back up. This was a leg burner.
5. Ascending Testicles. Get on wall with feet 15 degrees up, do 10 merkins on my count. Now move to 45 degrees and do 10 more merkins. Now all the way for a 10 second count.

Mosey back to wall for dips x 25 IC

Head back to AO. Stop to make SANTA plural, so we did Santacides (or a regular suicide). 4 spots in parking lot worked perfect.
