Welp, the fall season is officially here & it is a bit nipply out. I mean nippy. What am I saying, nipple?  While Kotter and Amelia have become the Malone/Stockton of the Upstate, this could be there moment – though not likely.  Change is inevitable and The Burbs has now joined the Lion’s Den, Taint Yard, Spongebob, First Date, Soup, Boss Hog, Snowden, Spongebob, Dollywood, GCOD, Armanti & Squirts in F3 heaven.  Flay hasn’t lead a convergence in quite some time, I assume he’s too busy cheering on Clemson and attending Trump rallies.  We will also be bidding adieu to the Swamp Rabbit workhorse, Earth Mover as he transitions to HB2 land.  The creepy uncle, Sushi, has run out of young recruits so we doubt he’ll make an appearance.    San Diago as expected is wildly promiscuous this time of year, seeking a partner who can fulfill his desire for a top 5 finish.  Our defending champs, Junk & baby-faced Aflac, seem to be suffering from Jay Cutler-like apathy to repeat their performance from 2017.

How To Write a Backblast

PAX-

Backblasts are how our AO’s communicate and share ideas. Backblasts are a mandatory part of Q’ing and they should just take a few minutes after a workout.

NOTE: If you were a backblast author on F3nation.com, you already have an account here, you may need to reset your password before you start authoring again. If you’ve never had an account, register by clicking “REGISTER” under ADMINS on the menu. Once your account has been created, notify your Site Q or the site administrators for permission to write backblasts.

 

Once you’re logged into this site you just:

Click the + New button at the top left of the screen.

Then will be prompted to select a category from the list.  Just select the Backblast and click continue:

The Backblast category ensures that your blast shows up where it’s supposed to on the site and it also gives you the Backblast specific fields “Workout Date, Q in Charge, The PAX and AO location dropdown”. These help blasts conform to a certain format that is easier to follow:

 

So that’s it. Click New post at the top of the page and make sure to check the “Backblast” category before you start posting.
